Healthy Relationships

Relationships are a key part of life and developing healthy and respectful relationships is very important. Relationships vary  depending on the nature and circumstance, they are not just romantic ones. Relationships are also formed through connections with family, friends, classmates, teachers and co-workers; the list can go on and on. Every relationship has its ups and downs, but treating each other respectfully, good communication and listening is key to getting through relationship challenges. There are many resources and support services available to help you with creating healthy relationships, having safe sexual relationships and managing domestic violence situations.
