Growing Up

Leaving school, gaining more responsibilities and becoming an adult is a scary and exciting time. There are many new challenges that you will face, such as; having to pay bills, looking for work or enrolling in further study. You will need to look after yourself, perhaps your family and your household, this includes cooking, cleaning and general maintenance. 

You might need to access support services in the community and through the government to make your transition into independence a little easier. This time can be overwhelming and confusing, however there is plenty of information and support available to help you on this journey.
